Welcome to the Sheffield City Council Asset Management System

The information on the Sheffield City Council Asset Management System gives property managers direct access to their live asset management data. It has been developed in recognition of the increasing use of asset data in managing and developing buildings.

Some information can be accessed without logging into the system and is available under 'Useful Information'.

Other documents including floor plans, energy certificates, asbestos reports and DFC claim forms can be found by logging into the system and accessing the documents section of the website.

Useful Information  

Permission to Work - You can now complete your Permission to Work form electronically. 
Fire Risk Assessments - Information on the current situation regarding Fire Risk Assessments. 
Legionella Briefing - Two briefing sessions on Legionella will be held at the Bannerdale Centre on Thursday 21st June 2012 
New Asbestos Documents - New asbestos information can be found on the Sheffield City Council website, including the asbestos register, the approved contractors list and the landlord instructions. These documents can also be found in the shared documents area of this site.
Fire Precaution Log Book - An updated version of the Fire Precaution Log Book is now available.

Schools now have a Service Date Calendar in the documents area of the website which details the date you can expect companies to visit your school to carry out inspections (boiler services, health & safety audits, tree inspections etc).
